Valerie is an artist working with design for performance, visual art installation, graphic design and printmaking. She is interested in exploring cross-artform and interactive practice in conceptual, personal and collaborative ways, and creating site-responsive works.
For Hidden Door’s 2025 Festival Reid presents lapse, a unique installation within the paper factory which speaks to its past, present and future; using remnants of the life there before it emptied, in the space as it sits now, looking to a different, imagined future.
