Hidden Door

Volunteer

Hidden Door is a volunteer-run charity, with our events made possible by a wonderful team of volunteers who give their time to create something special for the city. Find out more about our history.

We have a small core team who work all year round to plan our event, supported by a bigger team who come on board at key points during the year to help organise all aspects of the festival. During the festival itself, our army of volunteers grows to over 50 to help us run the event.

We will sometimes post specific roles here, but are always keen to hear from anyone interested in getting involved.

We currently have opportunities in our Marketing, Promo and Comms team, who are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Press & Media Coordinator and Print & Poster Coordinator. See more info below.
