If you’ve ever visited Stockbridge Market on a Sunday it’s likely you’ll have spotted the queue for the hand-crafted gyoza from street food legends Harajuku Kitchen, who have the distinction of being on the Edinburgh street food scene before there was one!
They go way back with Hidden Door, and we can’t wait to welcome them back this year to share their authentic and high quality Japanese food. Based on the ‘Yatai’ tradition in Japan of street food vendors and the Matsuri summer festivals, expect lovingly handmade gyoza, Japanese dumplings, cooked and steamed until piping hot, crispy and juicy. Vegan options available.
