Quiet Sessions at Hidden Door

If you like the idea of exploring the festival during a more peaceful atmosphere, we’d like to invite you to come along to one of our midweek Quiet Sessions!

These will take place on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th of June from 1pm-2:30pm.

We understand that sometimes the bustling crowds, booming bass and pop-up performances aren’t for everyone and can feel a bit overwhelming, and Hidden Door is committed to making our festival as accessible to as many people as possible.

The festival will be open to the public during this time, but it will be at its least busy, and there won’t be any performances or soundchecks going on, so auditory stimulation will be kept to a minimum and we will have designated ‘chill-out’ zones for if you need to take a break.

Our lovely volunteers will be on site to greet you, take you on a guided tour of the site and the artworks (if this is something you’d find helpful) and will be available to offer any additional support that they can.

We’re passionate about bringing you the best of Scotland’s emerging talent within some of the cities most exciting buildings, and we want you to be able to discover it in the way that works best for you.
