Bee Asha is a genre blending spoken word artist, rapper and singer. Expect storytelling and songs that will have you both lyrically moved and make you want to move your hips. Asha has been dubbed one of the most interesting creatives in Scotland by The List UK and was last year shortlisted for BBC introducing Scottish Act of the year as well as having her album Goodbye, Gracious Longlisted for the Scottish Album of the year.

How do you feel about performing in a disused Paper Factory on a 15.5 acre site on the western edge of Scotland’s capital??
Growing up here and feeling like you know all of it makes it exciting to utilise their unused buildings and to explore the parts of it unseen.

This is a year of rejuvenation for me. 2024 hit hard, so i’m taking this year slowly. Making music, resting and putting lots in place for 2026 projects 😉
What’s one interesting fact about you that we need to know!
My Dad was 1 of 14, all of them had arranged marriages and are very traditionally Sikh. Me and my siblings are the only mixed kids out of my 68 first cousins. Big family with Big love.
