Job opportunity: Fundraising & Sponsorship Manager

Hidden Door is looking for a part-time Fundraising & Sponsorship Manager to lead on the planning, organisation and delivery of our fundraising and revenue-generating initiatives.

The role will include leading on the planning, organisation and delivery of fundraising and revenue-generating initiatives for Hidden Door, from charitable trusts and grants, as well as developing corporate and strategic partnerships.

A key aspect of this role will be the cultivation and management of supporters via relationships with partners and sponsors, thereby enabling Hidden Door to meet its goals and develop meaningful long-term support to make Hidden Door sustainable beyond the next planned festival and across all areas of Hidden Door’s activity.

This role would be ideally suited to an early career fundraising professional looking to take on more responsibility, or for a more experienced individual looking to apply their skills more flexibly. The role will be supported by a small fundraising sub-team, who work to help to draft the content of the funding applications.

The role is offered as a £160 per day contract rate, for a total of 92 days between June 2024 and June 2025. Working patterns can be arranged flexibly according to requirements.
