Dress warm – it’s November!

The event is entirely indoors, but the huge industrial space does not keep the warmth in, so please dress accordingly. We’ll have hot food and drinks should you need them, or just hit the dance floor to stay warm!

Hot street food and drinks

We’re delighted to welcome back Fat Flamingo and Chicken Skoop serving delicious hot food, plus coffee by Brew 52 and bars stocked by Bellfield Brewery and Jack Daniels.

Tickets

Tickets may be available to purchase at the door, but we recommend purchasing in advance as you’ll benefit from a discount rate.

Age restrictions

Due to our license, it’s over 18s only after 6pm. However, families can visit for free between 1-6pm on Saturday 23 November to explore the site and view the visual art in a calmer environment.

Dogs

During the day (on Saturday 23 November) well-behaved dogs are very welcome, we just ask that they are kept on a lead. Support/guide dogs are of course welcome at all times and in all areas.

Accessibility

We use derelict, undiscovered and temporary sites for our events, which means some areas may not be fully accessible. But by working with accessibility advisors, with every venue we transform, we do all we can to ensure safe access to as much of the festival as possible for anyone with disabilities.

For our venue launch party, all sections of the site we’re using are on ground level with no stepped areas. Seating is also available. If you need any assistance during your visit please speak to our friendly volunteer team.

Please do contact us at hello@hiddendoorarts.org if you have any questions or would like to discuss access with a member of the team before your visit.
