By combining architectural plans, lighting, and reflective materials my practice maps physical, virtual, and theoretical space. Whilst studying a Bachelors in Fine Art at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, I began creating site-specific interventions which alluded to the surrounding invisible and imaginary spaces. After completing my undergraduate degree, I was fortunate to be selected for the RSA New Contemporaries at the Royal Scottish Academy. I will be exhibiting at their annual exhibition in 2023.
I have since remained in Dundee to study a Masters in Art & Humanities, where my practice focuses on blurring boundaries between the viewer, artwork, and environment. My interventions investigate the overlapping of real and virtual worlds and invite the audience to become part of a phenomenological environment.
